They lie to you. They are a disorganized mess, and don’t expect to get the hours or pay that you were promised. I’m sure a new agent could be happy here because they don’t know how much better it is at other companies. Just don’t do it. They keep your contracts, so you’re trapped and have to wait 6 months before you can sell anywhere else.

Lied to everyone in interview process. Promised outbound calls only. Promised 9-5 or 8-4 hours. Promised mon-fri only. Now after being in training they are saying make outbound calls. One weekend day is required. And many people will NOT have morning shifts. Also benefits are expensive. They are very rude and treat this job like it’s their only thing in life, very toxic. They said we have to run to the bathroom if we have to go, run to get water, and report to your supervisor about every little thing. Very upsetting hearing all of this. Main cons are shift will change, probably will have to work holidays, weekends, and company overall is bad to work for. Hates me to write this.
