      Professional company but mediocre pay little room for advancement

      Pros

      professional company, lots of support from management, good entry level job to learn medicare advantage. heavy on reading a script, but at least you will stay compliant.

      Cons

      In general supervisors are paid less than effective agents, so there's not really any chance to move up and increase your salary.

      Changing already proven systems. New management trying to grow and doing it but his foundation has weakend.

      Inbound calls Good training Great management You do not get fired after AEP

      Cons

      low commissions During ROY, barely any calls Assigned to one carrier only calls are routed based on skilling accrued PTO no sick time
