      Guess being fed is a pro

      Cons

      Unprofessional behaviour vulgar language policy never followed(go a week being tardy during training yet still employed...hmmm) bonus not pd out when promised on paper, breaks witheld if call volume exceeded agent capacity(8 1/2 hours with only 30 min lunch)

      Good Co-workers Food Days off Casual Business attire

      Cons

      Get you in the door at 18hr. and lower it to 11 (min wage) You will end up owing thousands of dollars or working for 11. They let tons of people go at the end of season due to lack of sales. Leads don't pan out or they put you on a tier system where you get crap calls. Mostly answering machines. Bait and switch tactic to not fall for. They claim the average agent makes around 60k and unfounded/untrue.
