      Pros

      Where else can you often see and speak to any management? From Bill Stapelton to yours truly everyone is on your side. What brought me back from seasonal MAQ to Brokerage in 16 states, was the friendly work environment. I know you can believe, that's rare.

      You'll be too spoiled to work anywhere else!

      You are greatly rewarded just as it shows on the career site. It says If you are a hard worker and would like to be treated with appreciation of your hard work this is the Company for you....

      Cons

      They should start surveys throughout the centers because a lot of Great workers walk out the door and their voices should be heard. an quarterly/annual survey should be performed. Straight to the top President and CEO because they are thee Best CEO and President one could ask for

      Started out fun, some insane rules, company cutbacks and stay away from it

      Pros

      At first it was fun and creative in sales. They they came up with what they call an IMPACT way of selling which is great but does have draw backs. For the most part other sales reps ate helpful and pleasant, decent management.

      Cons

      QA is ridiculous, with not a clue what they are doing. Their latest "kick" is AGENDA. Set an agenda. Seems if you don't say the word AGENDA they don't understand that you ARE setting an agenda. I am in sales, but they score on calls for Customer service as well, unfair system.
