Pros

Pay, friendly manager, ability to work from home, provides equipment.

Cons

Job is horrible, crappy, crappy leads, nothing like what you were promised as a new worker. Outbound dialing 24/7 with unrealistic sales goals. Overall not pleased with the company at all. Also don’t be expected to sale insurance for about 6 months because that’s how long they hold your carriers. Rude

Pros

Supervisors are very empowering and supportive to their team. A sense of community within the team encourages us to strive high levels.

Cons

The pay is very low, and subject to lose commission if a client cancels in the last minute.

Nepotism

Pros

WFH, nice trainers, hourly rate plus commission.

Cons

Calls are routed to managements favorite employees, and other employees get no calls. This is not based off of merit or participation, it is based off who you know in the company. If you are lucky, you will get calls routed to you, if not, you will get no calls and get let go due to lack of sales.
