      i look on this site and see the agents that maybe dilly dallied through their time with HPONE with an air of entitlement, look its not what you did at Humana or UHC, or Aetna what can you do NOW!! I absolutely love the culture and environment in the office and i dont mind being nudged to improve every now and then, Supervisors are on floor and observe, but unsure of why the bottom feeders are still here... I have been in top 10% the past 2 years because 1 work at it not expect to be handed sales--- Over all A+ atmosphere -- made over 75k last year

      Pros

      If $18 is enough for you an hour, try it. No pressure, they just need bodies. If you want to make a living, don't do it. I do not understand why more people is better then more sales.

      Cons

      You will not make the money they promised you. Last year we make almost 2 sales a day and made fine money. This year they hired many more people and changed the comp plan. They do not buy a proportionate number of leads to the amount of people they hire. Now we make maybe 2-3 sales a week . PEOPLE CAN NOT PAY THEIR BILLS. Plus the paychecks are not correct. You will have to reconcile what you sold and what you got paid for. They changed, mid-year, how they are paying everyone. With no notice and no one to make sure its correct. No one cares if the front line suffers because of their changes. Worse comp doc, less leads, wrong paychecks, means people are not paying their bills. The big shots in CT have no clue or do not care. They do company meetings about 401k. We cannot put money in a 401k, if your top producers cannot pay daily bills. Top departmental management try to manipulate you. You will not be shown respect with just getting the truth. They will try to manipulate you and try to make you feel like a bad person, not that it is a company problem.

      Fantastic Place To Work

      Pros

      Friendly work environment Very high income potential - Up to 200k/year Comfortable income on low end - Minimum of about $40,000 Excellent work flexibility - I moved from AZ to Chicago and they set me up to work from home

      Cons

      Outbound sales, but they are lead driven. You'll have occasionally nasty experiences on an outbound call, but not too often.
