Junior and middle managers tend to be hired and promoted right out of training classes with no experience in the field, and often have no understanding of the products, and provide very little assistance to the employees they're supposed to be helping. It creates an incredibly stressful sink or swim environment, where more experienced agents are overwhelmed with training the new agents and being taken off the phones and unable to make sales because the managers are too incompetent to do their jobs.

You will burn out eventually; it really is inevitable. Culture used to be extremely strong, organization wide, but the shift to WFH caused shift to analytical and metric only approach to leadership, hopefully the shift back to the offices will remedy that.
