      Pros

      Leadership at HPOne is a breathe of fresh air in the corporate world. I don't feel like this is a job but rather an environment where we work as a team and have fun. I enjoy and look forward to coming in everyday. They value my opinion and listen to ideas that I have.

      There are none that I can see.

      Pros

      The company offers competitive salaries, benefits, and 401k/Roth plans. The company has a family-like environment, cohesive team, and the supervisors are very helpful. Employees are engaged in their work, management recognizes employees that perform well, and the team offers several employee celebrations (i.e., birthdays, holidays, Fridays BBQ's, etc.). Great place to work!

      Cons

      Not a lot of places to shop and eat within walking distance in the Tampa location.
