Remote, flexible schedule was nice

Healthsnap was good in the beginning. I felt valued. But overtime, they made it clear that they didn’t care about the quality you provided. I was constantly stressed about the possibility of losing my job every single day. Then one day I did without warning.

Pros

This company had great potential and the original crew that started the company were good people that have a passion for making it about the patients.

Cons

Unfortunately, as they grew they brought in leadership that did not have the same ethics- they began to micromanage and become completely about making as much money off the patient as they could and it was kind of hard to stomach. As leadership, it was also difficult being made to transition into treating your staff badly when they were already accomplishing goals, just for the heck of it. I was sad when this company went this way.
