Pros

Remote or work from home Preceptor is very nice

Cons

Training is basically a week. You do not interview with anyone but the recruiter. Your interviews are recorded. I had to have surgery. I informed them that I could come back to work after surgery. I received an email with a letter of separation the next day. These people are strictly in it for the numbers. They do not value the employees.

Great company!

Pros

Very organized. High expectations but not unreasonable. Bonuses offered for meeting goals. Good pay. I only left because I was offered more money at another company. Otherwise I would have been thrilled to stay.

Cons

Request time off in advance as time off is limited and sometimes denied due to insufficient coverage.

Great remote place for nurses

Pros

I left bedside and needed a change. This has been it. There are goals you have to meet, they aren't going to pay me to do nothing, but much better than bedside nursing. If you want to stay home and make calls in the comfort of your pjs, this is it.

Cons

The training is a bit jumbled, but you have a supervisor to ask once you are on your own to clarify things.
