Pros

At Healthsnap you are part of a family. This company genuinely cares about its employees and patients. Patient care is their top priority while keeping their employees healthy. Great people to work with. What I respect the most about Healthsnap is that they are very professional and employees talking about each other or management talking about an employee to other employees is not tolerated. Any problems any employee may have they can go straight to their supervisor where they have created a safe place to be heard.

Cons

If your internet or power goes down then you can't work for that time. Until it is restored or if you have a secure location to go to

Fully remote, company supplied equipment. Employees are appreciated. Opportunities to bonus and free swag gifted. Paid holidays, no weekends or evenings.

Few opportunities for over time.

Cons

Management only cares about numbers. 0 job security. Once you hit goals, the change them and restructure with unrealistic expectations. Micromanaged and unnecessary team meetings at least 2 to 3 a week including manager meetings to tell you how poorly you are doing. Never an ounce of praise. Procedure changes almost daily.
