Flexibility, choice of Per Diem or Travel contracts, company benefits

Cons

Onboarding and Orientation was a lengthy , inconsistent nightmare, disappearing recruiters, Horrible reputation of some facilities, many facilities they own refuse to use HWS (which they own!) due to lack of response or help from the specialties they need, require Meditech (which they own) , but most of their ASC's and others only use antiquated paper charting.
