      Pros

      There is a lot of room for growth within the company if you are willing to do the work. Loved the job and the company!

      Cons

      High School Atmosphere/Favoritism- do not try to challenge management with suggestions or by bringing their unethical behavior to light or they will do everything they can to push you out the door.

      Great Company! The Benefits and Perks are Awesome and the People are Amazing!

      Pros

      From the CEO to the Mailroom every single person has a drive to better this company. It's really remarkable. Truth be told, if you're not in line with the positive culture and team environment you won't last long. They hire people who want personal development and growth as well as career advancement.

      Cons

      Its located in Sunrise which is a bit Isolated but its not so bad. Its right near the Sawgrass Mall and the typical things you would find near a mall.
