      Pros

      Exposure to the inner workings of staffing large hospital systems. Middle management tries to do "right" thing, but silenced by senior executive management Among the folks that actually perform the work, there is a lot of teamwork.

      Cons

      Mediocrity starts at the top (the very top). Blinded by the rapid acquisition of new hospital systems, it is unlikely to change. IT and Finance are very good at mutually serving their own personal interests at the expense of how clients, contractors, and employees are served. Most are classic "empty suits" / "Yes men and ladies"
