Lots of bold faced lying from your immediates and directors.
Camaraderie here is an illusion which hides the true feelings of everyone across the company.
Everyone’s here to protect themselves and their own interests, nothing else, and that’s something they live by.
They’ll lie to each other and smile while doing it.
Don’t try to tell any future employers when or how long you worked for the company.
They won’t respond to the company seeking the information, or the employee asking to respond to them for that information.
Not even HR has the decency to call you back.
Completely classless, sad and cruel to be honest.
Very MINIMAL training, even if you’re in the industry 15 years, there are some things that are HealthTrust specific and there’s the learning curve of it as well.
(Workforce, weekly reports that take hours and waste time that could be doing what you were hired to do)
. No one is ever safe here, doesn’t matter if the division had their best numbers ever..
No one wants to hear the word (value add) whether it be the janitor to the president. Every conversation doesn’t have to be condescending when you’re speaking with your workers across the company.
The team meeting/weekly calls come across more so in a negative manner, further reiterated that you’re just a number, a piece on a chess board for the higher ups.
