Pros

High Pay Weekly Paychecks They staff A bunch of facilities

Cons

Hostile working environment They believe the false accusations from staff RNs at the facilities Many months they have little hours They have no compete contracts so you can't take travel contracts after you leave

Smells a lot like Turnovers.

Pros

Decent pay, Air conditioned office. If you have a higher up family member or close friend, you should be able to zig zag your way to the top. This place promotes from within, departments will poach employees from each other... (real team effort) And like most companies they will release you for someone outta college just to save a few bucks. (Not so much a “pro” Nothing Professional about it. This is the minor leagues. Filled with incompetent coaches who should be fired by years end

Cons

There are Hundreds of other agencies in this line of work. (you’re better off at 99% of em) Too many to name. Lots of bold faced lying from your immediates and directors. Camaraderie here is an illusion which hides the true feelings of everyone across the company. Everyone’s here to protect themselves and their own interests, nothing else, and that’s something they live by. They’ll lie to each other and smile while doing it. Don’t try to tell any future employers when or how long you worked for the company. They won’t respond to the company seeking the information, or the employee asking to respond to them for that information. Not even HR has the decency to call you back. Completely classless, sad and cruel to be honest. Very MINIMAL training, even if you’re in the industry 15 years, there are some things that are HealthTrust specific and there’s the learning curve of it as well. (Workforce, weekly reports that take hours and waste time that could be doing what you were hired to do) . No one is ever safe here, doesn’t matter if the division had their best numbers ever.. No one wants to hear the word (value add) whether it be the janitor to the president. Every conversation doesn’t have to be condescending when you’re speaking with your workers across the company. The team meeting/weekly calls come across more so in a negative manner, further reiterated that you’re just a number, a piece on a chess board for the higher ups.
