Pros

Good medical, dental, and vision.

Cons

Unrealistic metrics with no concern for burnout. Harassed every single week. Employees are pushed to do more for barely livable pay, lured by a poor commission structure, and threatened if they don’t hit 375 dials a week. This is not a place to build a career if you aspire for greatness. The program team adds little value, and onboarding clinicians is a complete nightmare.
