Great for Development

Pros

You really get amazing opportunities to develop as a professional and lots of cross-training. I learned a ton while I was there and am overall grateful to have worked there while I did.

Cons

Minimal opportunity for upward growth in regards to recruitment unless you want to move to corporate in Florida

Don’t do it unless you want to be a recruiter

Pros

Weekly pay, currently working from home.

Cons

Management is no help and some are rude, you will be assisting more than one recruiter and there’s favoritism. If they don’t like you than they will make your job miserable, also won’t move you up to be a recruiter.
