Pros

Smart and kind people all around.

Cons

1. Leadership forces people to work weekends without any real use case. No extra compensation/ benefits are given for this. 2. Inconsistent work schedule. You will have days where you have to complete a week's worth of work in a day and weeks where you don't have any work. 3. Pay is way below market standards. 4. Leadership who is not experienced in anything technical tries to make technical decisions and fails every time. Team members have to do the clean up work. 5. CDO and his immediate puppets introduced a plan to decrease the time taken to onboard a provider from 6 weeks to 10 days. When asked on the details of the plan, we were told the team members have to figure it out " we will be cheering from the sidelines". No, they were not joking. 6. Projects are shelved constantly. 7. If they think your idea is good, they will give it to a different team to implement it. 8. There is no documentation on ANYTHING. Even the job roles. Ask the recruiter for the specific job description of a position. This entire process is mentally exhausting. "I don't remember the last time I enjoyed working here. I feel miserable and can't imagine working anytime soon" - One of the managers who had been with the company since 3 years before leaving. I felt the same and decided to leave the job. "clown circus" - Another team member speaking about the squads Out of the 40 people in the data team, I know of 15 people who are looking at leaving when the market gets better conclusion : DO NOT JOIN THE DATA TEAM YOU WILL REGRET IT

Pros

I am a first time female manager in tech and there are resources provided to help me grow in my management skills as well as to support the growth of my team. Personal career growth is a company value here and they put dollars behind this value.

Cons

Working in Philadelphia two days a week and from home three days a week is a nice perk but it's hard getting used to being in an office after COVID.

Pros

From my perspective, there are none.

Cons

- Condescending / arrogant managers who degrade employees and like to hear themselves talk - Misaligned leadership affecting the day-to-day for low-and-mid level employees - Disorganized, chaotic, undefined processes – each team follows the process they want to follow - Unhealthy and unmanageable breakneck pace - High turnover - Incorrect use of instant messaging application – too many messages that should be emails - A lot of unnecessary meetings that take up valuable work time - Company-wide meetings often get scheduled during lunch hour - Take with a grain of salt the glowing reviews from current employees, who have only been at the company for a few weeks or months, as employees receive email prompts to write a review within first few months of employment (honeymoon phase)
