Pros
The people here are some of the brightest I've ever met. Lots of great perspectives that challenge and push you to think outside of the box. People are so welcoming and I've never had an issue with asking for support or help. Personally like the sentiment of iterating and improving as the company and teams grow and mature, while frustrating its nice to be part of the solution (this is definitely not for everyone). There's been a renewed focus on professional development and its been great to get that commitment and support from the company. It's cool to see career growth that supports the person (lots of folks moving laterally or to other teams). Healthcare benefits are great and engagement/culture activities are cool.
Cons
Goals come across as too broad or vague which makes it difficult to prioritize, especially if management isn't on the same page yet wants to be involved in everything. No 401k match and below average parental leave.
