Pros

I had extensive growth that would not have been possible elsewhere. The team I work with everyday is supportive, hard working and smart. Over the past six months there has been a slow and steady improvement towards the focus and organization of all teams that is the result of multiple leaders. Work/Life balance has been more favorable here than any other work environment I've experienced.

Cons

Change is hard. Not everyone wants to adapt and it can be frustrating at times.

- most IC peers are friendly, smart, and enjoyable to work with - benefits have improved, marginally, over the last few years

Cons

- Insane amounts of turnover, many tenured folks have left for greener pastures - Lack of cohesive direction with regards to product - Lack of meaningful response to direct feedback on surveys and exit feedback (the eNPS score has nosedived over the last 48 months and the response has been to institute "Schrute Bucks" and parental leave that, while better than the previous 0, is still subpar for the industry). - Leadership seems content to churn through folks and coast on their runway until something they throw at the wall sticks, then rebuild.
