• Comprehensive, competitively priced healthcare benefits • There are some great people scattered throughout the company • Random coffee (virtual 30 minute chats with colleagues) is one of my favorite weekly activities • Thorough onboarding process • Plenty of opportunities for continuing education

Cons

• Multiple rounds of layoffs in the last 12 months • No 401k match • Trying to force return to office (mandatory 2 days a week, with mandatory Wednesday attendance) and measuring how often you are in the building if you are local • Culture that promotes self-sacrifice over work-life balance • Surprising amount of red tape and bureaucracy for a smaller company • Lack of vision for the product and marketing teams
