Pros

- Competitive compensation - Kind people, mostly - They make the best of a remote company and keeping culture relevant - Seemingly great onboarding plan, but the actual training itself is limited

Cons

- They ask you to fill out a rating of the company within 1wk of employment, which means most of these reviews have no insight to the role and day to day - Not a 'team' mentality across different departments; very much 'not my responsibility' attitude - Never enough time in the day for work expectations asked of you - Had to set boundaries within first 3 mths of employment around not scheduling call after work hours - Leadership feels a bit disorganized

Pros

Healthverity has some great developers and RWD team. Onboarding process is one of the best

Cons

Aggressive and toxic mindset right from the top. They don't value people anymore. It's more about results and what you have done lately for us. Culture has gone from good to extremely bad with new leadership. Benefits are average: they don't match 401k, parental leave was recently introduced smarter years of reluctance and they call flexible leave policy but they count everyday you are off and won't pay when you leave for any unpaid vacation time.

Pros

I cannot think of any.

Cons

Toxic startup culture. Lots of 'perks' in exchange for long hours and lower pay. Biggest problem is the leadership. Co-founders and legacy department heads are narcissistic and out of touch. They will never admit fault and attempt to lead through a culture of fear. Any criticism or disagreement is met with backlash. No care is spent on the quality of the actual product. Leadership's focus is on a shiny website and maximizing profits. Constant fire drills and leadership changes for seemingly no reason. HR is combative when you attempt to seek help of any sort. It was truly an awful experience from start to finish.
