- HealthVerity is a very transparent company, a lot of updates from leadership - You have so many opportunities to share your thoughts, and ideas are often implemented - A lot of trust is put into the team and everyone is encouraged to be empowered & autonomous - Very kind, supportive team & positive, supportive culture - Leadership encourages taking time off (unlimited PTO, targeted at 4 weeks, you can really unplug) - Most roles can be remote, but the office is gorgeous and brand new - There are a lot of opportunities to pursue, majority of managers are internal hires - Very experienced leadership, you will learn a lot quickly from very talented people

Cons

- Not a ton of resources allotted for certain projects - The culture is a bit serious (not for everyone) - Shifting to remote/hybrid work does change the culture

– HealthVerity is a really fascinating place to work, and the technology is increasingly crucial for the healthcare space – There's a lot of incredibly hardworking people at the company, and everyone is willing to help each other – Tons of knowledge sharing and technical talks for those who want to learn more and grow their capabilities

Cons

– A lot of processes are still being outlined, that means there's a lot of trial and error trying to figure out who to go to for answers – You get thrown into a lot of stuff at the onset, it can be hard especially as you're ramping up
