      Pros

      The facilities allow you to be in an environment where people are seeking care. You feel good about providing some care.

      Cons

      This company does not believe in respecting employees, and believes that people are easily dispensable. I was promised a lot, and given nothing. I went from a white collar professional, to a janitor in a tie in no time. Spent my own money to fill in the gaps of supply budget just to do my job. Was terminated despite achieving better results and a favorable rating by administration and patients. Worst decision of my life to work with HSG.

      Lots of Growth and Opportunity if you can deal with the politics of the Company and business at hand

      Cons

      For the Amount of Work done, the pay is horrible. I think that Corporate should offer higher pay to individuals who deserve it. I have lost very good qualified workers because they needed to be paid more

      NONE unless you enjoy being a slave Have to give at least a 1 star rating...deserves a Zero rating

      Cons

      The worst company ever! No training, No supplies, never follow through with all the promises, lies, lies, and more lies. Paychecks always wrong have to keep on them constantly to get what you are owed, sometimes over a month. Account manager is a high school drop out that has no clue how to do his job, does a good job hiding when help is needed which is always because nobody will stay.
