      If you are looking to get your bearings underneath you in management, you'll get it here fast, but at a cost. This company is good for those who are new and looking to learn at a rapid speed. Use this company as a stepping stone for your own skill sets.

      Cons

      Many. They do hide behind arbitration agreements. They are very arbitrary also in how they promote, so make sure all of the bosses like you, if that is what you want. They overpromise and underdeliver. You will not be supported in your endeavors. The cons outweigh the pros.

      Pros

      There is always work to do. If the company grows there will be advancement opportunities. Some of the people are really great and the customers are great.

      Cons

      The benefits are terrible. Front line staff is paid miserably to do really hard work inside very tight limited hours. Pay increases are almost non-existent. Expectations are unrealistic. Upper management is out of touch with what happens on the front line and does not care about anything except numbers. Managers should not be on call 24/7 for 365. No wonder so many don't care and cut corners.
