      Frustrating company to work for.

      Pros

      Management experience is the only good thing about this company. Also payroll and budget experience is another plus. Working in a skilled facility I also realized I never want to end up in one.

      Cons

      No support from upper management and lower level employee don't get paid enough so there is a constant turn over.

      Pros

      They will throw you in the fire and give you solid management experience. If you stay on top of your team and budgets they pretty much leave you alone.

      Cons

      Terrible benefits package and salary. They expect a lot for a job they pay half what other companies with the same job title pay. Constantly dealing with recruiting front line employees.

      Pros

      It has been a great experience and I have gained a lot of knowledge of payroll, budgets, working with different clientele.

      Cons

      Low wages for hiring front line staff. The benefit package for medical is extremely high. Long hours and taking time off is nearly impossible.
