There is no communication with this company, you are always the last to find out anything. High turnover rate in dietary department, they pay dietary workers very poorly. Upper management constantly tells you one thing and you find out from someone else that whatever they told you was a lie. You rarely see upper management make visits to your facility unless something has gone wrong.
