      Pros

      Receive a paycheck, as minimal as it may be for the work required to earn it.

      Cons

      Not interested in the clients needs, just do it the HCSG way. It's not that it's a bad program,but each facility has certain expectations

      Pros

      As a company it is too early for me to rate. I have just passed probation as of last month. New to this company but worked 6 years at the same facility when under another management.

      Cons

      Our managers are new as well and I believe no matter how much book knowledge you may have hands on experience is the best teacher.

      Pros

      Growth, HCSG encourages and helps frontline staff to become CDMs. CDMs have the possibility for advancement to area or district managers which is not the case in most SNFs. Solid corporate management. I have met several and are professional and approachable. District Manager is hands on, helpful and knowledgeable (Shawn M.)

      Cons

      Frontline staff hired as part time making it difficult to get buy-in from them, although this seems to be a trend in most companies. No training hours for new frontline staff.
