      Pros

      Solid introduction to basic management tools. If you want a quick foray into management in a healthcare setting, this company is a good place to get your feet wet, just don't stay there long.

      Cons

      Salary and advancement opportunities are poor. The culture of the company is to utilize a high turn-over rate to keep disgruntled employees to a minimum. Too many lies and half truths from district and regional managers.

      Pros

      HCSG has been a great company to work for and offers the opportunity for growth within the company. Yes the work is tough, especially when we do provide the services that we do, but for those who work hard and are goal driven advancements are endless. The company is growing at leap and bounds not only within the MN and IA region but also throughout the United States. Speaking for the area or region that I currently work within, there is plenty of support when needed or when asked.

      Cons

      Working within the health care industry means dotting your I’s and crossing your T’s and there is plenty of paperwork to do in order to be compliant (information overload). But that is to be expected especially when we as a company are working within long or short-term care senior facilities. Again, the goal for HCSG is to provide great services to our client and our residents within each and every facility
