      Days go by fast. Plenty of work. Rewarding to provide a service for the aging.

      Cons

      Long hours. Lower level employees are not compensated well and hard to find an employee that will fulfill all their scheduled hours

      A very good stock purchase plan and stock options can add up quickly.

      Tough industry. Please customers in a 24 our environment, such a long term care can be demanding.
