      Pros

      Great for a starting manager. This company will give you a chance. Good job for college grads. Great flexibility for family life. Would recommend for a friend if they were starting out or desperate.

      Cons

      Long term care sucks. Everyone constantly complains and never appreciates anything you do. You have to bend over backwards for clients who walk all over you and you have to take it.

      Pros

      The only thing I liked was decent pay for the managers.

      Cons

      The district manager offers no support and does not train well. The DM only wants to scream and yell when something isnt done right and the staff is offered low hours with low pay!
