Pros
They have very little requirements to be hired. If you manage your team well, you should not have to work long hours or work very hard. You generally have a lot of autonomy unless you have a difficult administrator. Very few visits from your boss.
Cons
It's pretty much just managing teams of janitors. When things go bad, you have to complete the work. When things go bad at a different facility, you're called in to help them complete the work. This usually means night projects to strip and refinish the floors (waxing floors). It can be pretty demeaning.
