      there are none they come in take over and you are not even offered unemployement if you don't want to work for them to bad!

      Cons

      No regard for the workers and the senority they had with other company when you took over. Just in it for $$. Remember the Twilight Zone movie To Serve Man?? Enough said!!!

      The paperwork changes every other week and none of it ever goes away, it just gets added to the new paper work you were suppose to do two weeks ago. Account managers get very little say when it comes to anything, and their pay is not worth the job they do. If you even want to be considered for a raise you have to threaten to quit first.
