      Too many to write, low wages, no respect from supervisors, no benefits to speak of, no matching retirement, no bonuses, no appreciation for no tags on surveys, crappy supplies and equipment, etc. etc.

      there are none they come in take over and you are not even offered unemployement if you don't want to work for them to bad!

      Cons

      No regard for the workers and the senority they had with other company when you took over. Just in it for $$. Remember the Twilight Zone movie To Serve Man?? Enough said!!!
