Expected to work long hours with low pay. No pay increases. Low pay for employees. cost effectivness not effective. Untruthfull to clients. Not supportive of employees. No advancement unless you are within the circle. Budget constantly being cut but expect same effectiveness.

Upper managagement seems to have very little respect or trust for their employees. They often contradict what they say, and tell you what you want to hear, and not the truth. They do not treat their employees fairly, and you could easliy go years without a raise.
