2.5 to maybe 3 Star. Abililty to work dog hard and make money, culture was nepotistic at times

Pros

Great niche and great product mix to serve customer needs. Marketing did a great job packaging and presenting to the outside world. Commissions could be great.

Cons

Too nepotistic too often. Recognition was not equal or commensurate to performance. Too often you are a cog in the wheel rather than appreciated as an individual. The culture was one where leadership was able to play favorites and provided unequal help to select people allowing them to grow in responsibility. Recent changes moved sales leadership with fraternity antics / bully personality out and could impact the culture?

-A lot of great people to work with (colleagues and customers). -Impacting a powerful and meaningful market. -Fair and competitive salary and benefits. -Great work/life balance

Cons

With growth comes, not only opportunity, but challenges - some of those challenges can be long lasting and debilitating - like silos and a lack of respect and collaboration between departments and geographic locations. A lack of career-pathing and succession planning contributes to less than desirable career opportunity and growth.

Pros

Excellent benefits, everything from 401k (w/ match) to onsite yoga. Competitive compensation. Amazing office space with a variety of free snacks, coffee, soda, beer, fruit, etc.

Cons

Lots of organization changes over the past few years. Most changes were positive and for the better, however it can be disruptive at times.
