Pros

• Good co-workers • Flexible schedule • Remote work allowed depending on team • Good PTO • Annual cost-of-living raises and bonuses (or partial if not able to pay full)

Cons

• Senior leadership/executive team is completely disconnected from the teams actually doing the work • All of the focus is on controlling costs and EBITA with no consideration given to needs of the business • Customer service/care continues to decline – no one seems to care what customers want or think • Hiring people from large corporations that don’t know how to operate in a company of this size and getting rid of people that can execute in favor of strategic pontificators • Managers that lie and make promises they can’t/have no plan of keeping • Misaligned salaries with responsibilities and experience • Communication is non-existent within departments and cross-functionally • No respect for anyone with any longevity or experience • Claim to care about employee engagement – go through the motions to collect data and don’t act on it

Pros

As a current employee, the new Client Services model is a game changer for the success of our clients. Executive Leaders communicate, Managers are doing as needed and overall the company is starting to make some good momentum. It's not like most companies.... you get an email from the CEO weekly on what's happening, where we are going and how YOU as an employee can play an important role! Good career advancement opportunities!

Cons

Benefits overall are awesome, PTO, Holidays, Medical etc. One benefit needing improvement would be, 401k contribution is lower than norm I would say. Would be a huge boost in the organization and gaining more talent if they were able to change this. But at the end of the day, the other perks make up for this small con for me!

Pros

Great snacks Company parties are fun The people are great for the most part

Cons

So I'm going, to be honest, and real as possible. It is honestly so sad to see how poorly treated people are. Let's start with the career growth. There are probably 30-40 people who I can think of who have been in the same role for 4-5 years before they even get considered for moving up. There is no career pathing really set in place to reach and attain next steps, not metrics or accomplishment basis . It is honestly crazy. Also as a note, almost every single engineer is severely underpaid. If you work here currently go look at the market rate and what you're actually worth and compare your current pay. I am about to leave because it is so bad. You would be shocked. In addition, let's talk about the number of firings that have happened. Since I have been here in a company of 300 probably 50 something people have been fired. What they do sometimes is honestly crazy. They will put you on a "performance plan" but then already start looking for your replacement. A co-worker of mine has been here 10 years and then was let go. I reached out to him to ask for the reason and they did not give a direct one. It is honestly so sad. The amount of reorgs has led to instability among the engineering team. The relationship between product and engineering is very poor. You can clearly see that the executives do not get along. It is very hard to trust leadership when they do not seem on the same page. It is also frustrating that our sales are very poor. Almost every company meeting reflects that we did meet our sales goals. Also, the main product we create of Position Manager is actually horrible. I cannot believe that people choose to buy it. The whole infrastructure is poor and we cannot provide updates for weeks at a time. The company also acquired a company without getting engineers or anything else. It is actually crazy it has put so much stress on us.
