You specifically mention our culture, and that's a big deal for us. As you've experienced, we've pulled together and adapted to become a fully engaged and highly collaborative remote working team. Maintaining our culture in the remote environment has been, and continues to be a large focus for us. The transparency you mention is a significant contributor to our culture, as is the focus on innovative technologies. We know that to maintain our Top Workplace designation, we must embrace a 'never stop learning' mindset and apply that throughout all areas of the organization. As you mention, there is always lots to learn when you're surrounded by the incredible innovators we have at Healthesystems.
