And, since our transition to a remote working environment, we have been very focused on maintaining a healthy work/life balance to ensure Our People remain engaged and able to focus on their work. You mention a lack of structure impeding people's ability to get promoted. We recognized this gap and have spent the past few quarters developing career paths to clearly paint a picture for advancement in every area of the organization.
