As you referenced, we have something special here and it's reaffirming to see you call out some of the things that make Healthe unique. Because we have such an accountable, productive team we are able to work remotely and provide flexibility to Our People. We aim to be competitive not only in our salaries but in our total compensation packages and are able to attract and retain some of the best, brightest people around. Although you mention that the health insurance could be better, please know that we work hard every year to ensure we're fighting to get the best possible rates and coverage for our employees and their families and will continue to do so.
