Hard work is appreciated!

Pros

There is opportunity for movement and hardwork pays off literally. They will give hard working employees pay increases. I had several in my 2+ years there. This was also my first job out of college and the work was adaptable to any other company. You learn a lot, your management team sets you up for growth. When you succeed the management team will acknowledge it.

Cons

You will work a lot. I would work anywhere from a typical 40 hours to 50+ hours a week. However, they have work from home options and flexible scheduling. Basically if you get your work done and done well you get the privilege of enjoying hours off without using PTO and when I took a full day my PTO was never denied. A few people even got new puppies when they worked there and due to the schedule of training their dogs they let them work remote the later half of the day every day of the week. Basically if you work hard you will be appreciated, but you will work really hard. I think hours is the largest complaint I hear about healthfuse overall, but I also know management is working on it.

Pros

Management is extremely flexible and allows not only flexible start and end times but also remote work. Work is challenging and never boring and allows growth faster than would happen in other companies. Working at Healthfuse has been one of the best choices I have made for professional growth. Highly recommended.

Cons

This job can extend beyond full time hours (40+) but this is usually due to employees not being able to stop thinking about how to help our clients. This is more than a job, is a passion.

Pros

The work schedule is very flexible and the employees are great to work with overall. It’s possible to work from home occasionally. It’s a small company and management is very receptive to suggestions to improve. There are free donuts and coffee on Thursdays and free beer on Fridays.

Cons

The compensation is low in comparison to other companies and the workload can be enormous at times. A minimum of 45 hours per week is expected and 50+ hours weekly isn’t uncommon.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We appreciate hearing about your personal experience and it’s great to hear that you’re enjoying your experience with us overall! As a growing company, we’re always striving to improve. Taking care of our employees is one of our core values and we believe in investing in our people. I would recommend reaching out to your manager to have a conversation regarding training or professional development opportunities, or reach out to me and we can discuss options. We’re in the process of creating a structured professional development program, and plan to launch in early 2019. Our goal is to maintain competitive compensation, and based on market research, we feel that Healthfuse compensation is in line with other employers in the market. There are peaks and valleys regarding workload in most companies. If you’re ever feeling that the workload is weighing you down, please talk to me or your manager, and we can figure out how to adjust appropriately.
