Convenient downtown location. Free parking.

Cons

No privacy, revolving door of employees. Not many corporate holiday and very minimal number of PTO days. Super low wage with no perks. I echo the other review that stated other reviews are inflated - I don’t know if any previous or current employee who would have giving some of the highly rated reviews.

Great company to learn from and grow your career. I have worked here for 4 years and I still experience new opportunities to learn new things. I truly enjoy coming to work every day and I think others in the company would agree! Everyone is extremely passionate about their work and their job. Great views of Lake Michigan, Energy within the company mirrors the exciting downtown vibes, Great team with a young and innovative perspective!

The work is constant BUT never too demanding!
