Pros

Overall a great experience at Healthfuse- there's a lot of very exciting people and game-changing innovation happening here. Everyone works hard here and seems to be really motivated by the mission. You'll find a lot of personal and professional growth here, as well as a company that cultivates a truly inclusive workplace. Leadership is very supportive and leads by example. They provide an amazing service with a high ROI to hospitals so the work is meaningful and rewarding. There is no other company in RCM vendor management that comes close to their tech, service and execution support. Best place I've worked by far.

Cons

Nothing to add at this time.

Pros

Free coffee and donuts

Cons

Nepotism runs rampant at Healthfuse. It stems from the top and is reinforced down through the chain of command. This culture stifles creativity and creates a hostile work environment. If you are a family friend or relative your will thrive here. If not, stay far away. Throughout the interview process they made many references to the culture, company structure, and future opportunities. They painted a very flattering picture of the company before I accepted my offer. After being with the company for a little over a year, it seems as though all they have to offer are empty promises and a culture that falls far short of professional.

Hard work is appreciated!

Pros

There is opportunity for movement and hardwork pays off literally. They will give hard working employees pay increases. I had several in my 2+ years there. This was also my first job out of college and the work was adaptable to any other company. You learn a lot, your management team sets you up for growth. When you succeed the management team will acknowledge it.

Cons

You will work a lot. I would work anywhere from a typical 40 hours to 50+ hours a week. However, they have work from home options and flexible scheduling. Basically if you get your work done and done well you get the privilege of enjoying hours off without using PTO and when I took a full day my PTO was never denied. A few people even got new puppies when they worked there and due to the schedule of training their dogs they let them work remote the later half of the day every day of the week. Basically if you work hard you will be appreciated, but you will work really hard. I think hours is the largest complaint I hear about healthfuse overall, but I also know management is working on it.
