Pros

Great team environment where others are willing to help each other. Everybody cares about the client and their work, as well as finding quick solutions when required. Easy to get help from coworkers when required. You feel like you're part of a team with a mission to make healthcare better for employers. Also, solid benefits for employees like a very competitive health plan and free primary care at a nearby clinic.

Cons

Commute to work is tough if you live north of the city near the lake and have to use 77.

Pros

The actual facility was nice, and the yoga/massages were nice as well

Cons

I didn't really go through "training". They basically just put me on the floor and came to check on me a few times. I was very confused as to what I was supposed to do. Also, everyone stays in their own little "cliques" and as a new hire, I didn't really feel like I belonged. I stayed to myself the entire time. Pay was below average. I have a masters degree and they offered me a salary as if I had just a HS diploma!

We appreciate your honest assessment. Our claims department has worked tirelessly to create a thorough training program to ensure new analysts have all the tools they need to succeed, and managers are always readily available to help in any way possible. We hold lots of on-site activities for team building, but we are very sorry to hear that anyone felt like an outsider.
