6yWe appreciate your honest assessment. Our claims department has worked tirelessly to create a thorough training program to ensure new analysts have all the tools they need to succeed, and managers are always readily available to help in any way possible. We hold lots of on-site activities for team building, but we are very sorry to hear that anyone felt like an outsider.
