Our customer service supervisors have put in a considerable amount of work ensuring our training program is thorough and offers a good balance of classroom instruction and on-the-floor experience. We value consistency in our processes; the Employee Management Tool remains available to clarify job responsibilities, schedule, and even direct report. We are sorry to hear that your experience regarding direct report was confusing.

Choosing between well qualified internal candidates is always a difficult decision, but it is never intended to discourage anyone from applying to other opportunities that come up in the future.

Very laid back culture. Feels like a family. Free Yoga and Barre classes on site. $5 massages twice a month (company pays difference). Free treats through the year (Kona Ice, BBQ lunches etc.)
