      Just an ok employer.... great employer if you play.

      Pros

      Weekends off, location, paid holidays, exercise classes. Some departments have flexible schedules. You get even better benefits if you fit in and will do anything you are told.

      Cons

      You have to fit in to survive. You won't get credit for your ideas, your manager will. Managers lie to protect each other even for terrible decisions. Managers stick together and will throw anyone under the bus. They lie on employees and fire employees for mistakes far less serious than the ones they make. They cover up and cover for each other. You have to play office politics and play it well to be able to hold your job.

      Pros

      Onsite workout classes, great PTO schedule once you start accruing, friendly employees, work life balance is wonderful.

      Cons

      Location. The office is nice but it isn't close to anything.

      Healthgram was just voted one of Charlotte's healthiest mid size employers! Healthgram is an innovative company with the best employees anywhere!

      Cons

      There are no cons to this company. If you enjoy working in a modern new office space space with a innovative team this is a great company to work for. I have been there for 10 years and have enjoyed everyday.
