Onsite workout classes, great PTO schedule once you start accruing, friendly employees, work life balance is wonderful.

Cons

Location. The office is nice but it isn't close to anything.

They had travel opportunities and were ok with you doing some work at home. Flexible

Absolutely no communication, no recognition of employees at all. Terrible pay. Terrible benefits.
