      Thank you for your feedback. Healthgram is a company that promotes from within and regularly posts openings for internal positions. Choosing between well qualified internal candidates is always a difficult decision, but it is never intended to discourage anyone from applying to other opportunities that come up in the future.

      Casual fridays, lunch hour, and a break 15 minute break in am and afternoon.

      Cons

      Micro managed, exempt / salaried employees required to clock in and out, management makes up the rules as they go and changes them when it benefits the company- not considering their clients.

      Pros

      Healthgram has the solid foundation of a 40-year-old company with the energy, excitement and passion of a start-up. People here love what they do, and stick around. You can really see and feel the impact each project has on corporate goals. I've never heard of a company where so many employees hit the 20 and 25+ year mark. Plus, the nearby access to a doctor is a great benefit.
