Pros

This company did not offer any pros. They provided a bait and switch environment.

Cons

This company is not an ethical company. They allow and encourage nepotism in a extreme fashion. They allow a daughter to report directly to her mother. Complaints had been filed with HR but nothing was ever done. They do not believe in diversity unless it the front line customer service reps. People of color in leadership there are almost nonexistent.

Pros

Great team environment where others are willing to help each other. Everybody cares about the client and their work, as well as finding quick solutions when required. Easy to get help from coworkers when required. You feel like you're part of a team with a mission to make healthcare better for employers. Also, solid benefits for employees like a very competitive health plan and free primary care at a nearby clinic.

Cons

Commute to work is tough if you live north of the city near the lake and have to use 77.

Thank you for your input. Our customer service supervisors have put in a considerable amount of work ensuring our training program is thorough and offers a good balance of classroom instruction and on-the-floor experience. We value consistency in our processes; the Employee Management Tool remains available to clarify job responsibilities, schedule, and even direct report. We are sorry to hear that your experience regarding direct report was confusing.
