Pros

Unfortunately, the best part of working for Primary PhysicianCare/Healthgram was the hours (closed on weekends and holidays) and the special occasion lunches. There are a few really good people working for this company that I was glad to know but they are shrouded by a significant number of others who are not and who engage in poor business practices.

Cons

Leadership in this organization is lacking in professionalism, knowledge of industry and management skills. As an employee of this health insurance company benefits are also through them and they were on the low end and barely sufficient. There are managers and employees who are inadequate and simply there because they know upper level management- not because they are efficient or quality workers which creates a difficult and biased work environment. The company also has little room for advancement and has a high turnover rate which is largely due to their mistreatment of employees and lack of compensation.

Pros

Paid holidays that’s about it

Cons

This job is absolutely a joke I was there for seven months. I was pregnant during this time and HR fired me because I could not apply for FMLA because they said I needed to be there for a year to be approved for FMLA. HR harassed me to give them a date for my last day of employment. I never gave them a date so they fired me the day my daughter was born and told unemployment I quit. The turnover rate is extremely high and you will be told in the interview you will only take up to 35 to 40 calls a day but you take at least 60+ a day. Management at first seems friendly but once your own your own it becomes a toxic work environment once questions arise. You won’t receive benefits until after six months which is absolutely bogus . Your just a number to them and I promise you they don’t care about there employees PERIOD!

Pros

They are a good company for those first starting out in customer service and looking for a job

Cons

I think they should pay more money especially being salary 31200 is not enough especially with the cost of living going up
